Develop a concrete Value Proposition and Business Plan for target markets that form the basis for a viable competitive advantage.
Work in close relationship with EUNIKE Ventures team and Global Energy Mentors through the entire program to honestly assess the market potential and competitive position of the technology; and build a viable market attractive value proposition.

Porgram structured in 6 MODULES.
The focus will be from a customer perspective to develop your Business Case and Define the Proof of Concept via a Pilot.
You will work in close relationship with EUNIKE Ventures staff members and the Mentors throughout the entire program.
The goal is to be Industry Pitch Ready for Energy Partners and seen as a key precursor to the EUNIKE Aviator Program to secure pilots.
