This fall Eunike will be expanding its services by launching a program called the Lambda Catalyzer. 
 
We seek a team who share a passion for innovation, entrepreneurship and wish to gain experience in a rapidly growing organization.
To support the launch of Lambda Catalyzer and additional contracts with a local University, Eunike is seeking an Operations Lead (Ops Lead); this role will help lead the launch and operationalization of sustaining operations for these programs.. The position will work closely with the CEO and COO.
 
The Ops Lead will play a key role in ensuring program delivery, supporting partner and startup logistics, providing customer service, and engaging with the ecosystem. Finally the Ops Lead will support and document conversations around operations and business development. The associate should have proficiency with CRM (Hubspot preferred), and Microsoft office, and be willing to learn new skills. This role is not expected to travel.

Primary Responsibilities of the Role:
 
 
Support internal processes and data management— including playing a core role in data entry and reporting through key tools (Hubspot, Notion, Yardi Cube, airtable).
Demonstrate hospitality and customer service in all communications with energyNEXT members and startup participants.
Ensure inside/working spaces (front of house) are clean for startup participants, guests and clientele through organization with dedicated cleaning service.
Cultivate a community that is fun, creates trust and report, and empowers participants in their startup journey.
Manage the assignment, preparation, delivery and receipt of desk and office space for startup participants
Onboard startup participant onto digital tools and platforms to ensure their success.
Manage internal issue ticketing system
Support the COO with logistical planning and implementation of programs and events that focus on startup success and member engagement.
Spearhead management of tasks before, during, and after programs, including registration creation, note taking, attendee tracking, execution, and follow-up.
Be able to rapidly take on new responsibilities in a fast-paced growth environment.







 








Required Skills
  • A strong academic record, with a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • Extracurricular activities demonstrating a strong interest in energy, climate or innovation.
  • Seeking evidence of relevant experience and demonstration of initiative and leadership
  • Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and juggle multiple tasks
  • Can-do attitude and an eagerness to learn

Compensation and Benefits
 
  • Salary range of $55-70k (experience based)
  • 15% annual performance bonus
